I’m a clinical psychologist based in Marseille.
I see adult patients in English, French and Italian, at my practice and online.
I work with people going through times of change—personal, relational, or professional—or who experience difficulties related to anxiety, stress, depression, and other forms of psychological distress.

- Clinical Psychologist (M2)
- Certified in Positive Psychology

Moments of crisis, change, and our symptoms are a call to pause, to look inward, and to understand ourselves more deeply.
My therapeutic approach is based on the relationship. At the center of my work is not the diagnosis but the person: their unique way of being and facing life. I focus on patient’s narrative, and their potential for change. Each therapeutic journey is unique, which is why I use an integrative approach that respects each individual’s psychological, cultural, and personal diversity.
I believe in an open and authentic dialogue, where I participate actively. My work is oriented both toward concrete goals and toward deeper, existential questions.

I see patients either at my practice in central Marseille and online. I also offer hybrid solutions for those who can only travel to the city periodically.
As an expat myself, I know well how moving abroad can be both an opportunity and a source of uncertainty. This is why being able to do therapy in one’s own language—or in a familiar one—can play an important role in feeling welcome and understood.
I offer a safe space in which to express one’s experience, piece together one’s story, gain deeper self-understanding, and find resources to face difficulties.
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, to explore the reasons that bring you to therapy, and to identify together a pathway to clarify your goals and address your needs.

How I work
I believe that the psychologist’s role is helping people to identify their own needs and their own ways to face crises and difficulties.
I follow an integrative therapeutic approach, honouring the richness and depth of human diversity in its psychological, cultural, and personal dimensions.
Areas of focus:
- understanding, regulating, and expressing emotions;
- relational dynamics;
- exploration of existential goals;
- observation of cognitive processes that influence behaviours.
Tools:
My main tool is dialogue and an authentic relational experience.
In addition, I use techniques such as:
- images: a projective tool and vehicle for self-expression
- creative writing techniques;
- relaxation and self-regulation techniques;
- guided imagery;
- motivational interviewing based on goals and action plans.
Theoretical references
Every therapeutic path is different, and I do not believe there is a standard method valid for everyone. I am guided by attentive listening to the complexity of each personal story, in an approach inspired by a humanistic perspective.
The main theoretical frameworks guiding my practice are:
- Existential psychology, which considers the human being as a process in constant becoming. We are not determined only by the past, but also by the possibilities we open in the present and future.
- Positive psychology, which values the person’s resources, strengths, and potential, in a perspective of overall growth and well-being.
- Health psychology, which links biological, psychological, and social factors that influence health and illness.
- Narrative psychology, based on the idea that we build our identity through the stories we tell about ourselves. Therapy is the space to give new meanings to our experiences.
- Post-traumatic growth, which studies how, even after difficult or traumatic events, it is possible to develop new resources.
- Ethnopsychotherapy: considers the role of culture and personal roots in understanding suffering, respecting differences and diverse ways of experiencing distress.
